Best answer: no but don't take aspirin or any other pain medication like that because they thin your blood which will make you bleed more as you get your tattoo. my only suggestion is listen to music through headphones or something to distract you and tough it out.. Despite the fact that drinking or being under any kind of medical treatment may appear like a simple approach to decrease the pain, it will really make your tattoo more painful. alcohol is a blood thinner that will make you bleed more while inking with a severe pain.. ™
